Media and marketing
Output volume decoupled from studio time, with quality checked before anything publishes.
Cost of scaleThroughputQuality control
Video production cost and turnaround time capped how much content could exist for this media and marketing client. Every asset required scheduling people, filming, and editing.
We built an avatar-based generation pipeline with controls that hold a character consistent across outputs, voice synthesis with lipsync applied in post-processing, and automated short-form assembly with quality gating, so failed renders never reach the publishing step.
The situation
- Video production cost and turnaround time capped how much content could exist.
- Every asset required scheduling people, filming, and editing.
What we built
- An avatar-based generation pipeline with controls that hold a character consistent across outputs.
- Voice synthesis with lipsync applied in post-processing.
- Automated short-form assembly with quality gating, so failed renders never reach the publishing step.
- Reusable, parameterized prompt templates rather than hand-written prompts per asset.
What changed in daily operations
- Content volume is set by strategy rather than by studio availability.
- Quality is enforced by a gate in the pipeline instead of a final human review of everything.
