An industrial construction firm had its estimation, project coordination, and document handling spread across separate tools, files, and inboxes. We built a multi-agent system: six AI agents, each with a defined role, passing work between them against a shared context.
The point was never to remove the estimator. It was to stop the estimator spending the morning compiling the information they needed before they could apply any judgement to it.
The situation

What we built
- Six coordinated agents, each with a defined role, passing work between them against a shared context.
- Direct integration with the firm's own files and desktop tools, so agents operate where the work already lives.
- Hardened instructions with explicit guardrails, so each agent stays inside its remit.
What changed in daily operations
- Routine assembly runs unattended. People arrive at a prepared draft instead of a blank page.
- Senior staff moved from compiling to reviewing and deciding.
- The same process produces the same standard of output regardless of who is on shift.
